For today let’s try to forget what we know about spiritual things; whether you learned them through your family, school, church, wider reading or any other avenue. For this day, we could think of all those beliefs as things you were ‘conditioned’ into believing, by some or all avenues of your society. And that’s okay because its how things have been in our societies for a very long time. So today we won’t pass judgements on these things, we’ll just let ourselves start fresh without their weight on us.

In this section I’ll ask you to put-off judging the things you read and just let the ideas flow around until you get a feeling for them, then make your own decisions. I hope most of what follows is something that makes sense to many people looking at them with fresh eyes and minds not closed with belief convictions of what has to be and what can’t be.

For the first concept we’ll start with you as a soul spiritually-ascending from a world somewhere other than this place we call earth. As you leave that world you are full of the memories of countless lives lived in that reality. So if you’re ascending from there you must be operating at one of your Soul levels, being aware and directed from within. Now we can imagine how big, powerful, bright and shiny you must look as you ascend; aren’t you just beautiful? Let yourself imagine it for thirty seconds or so; can you feel it inside? Is it a real feeling in you that’s responding, directly, to you imagining yourself as a Soul?

Let’s watch this soul as it completes the ascending process and frees itself from that world. Once all ties and energy bonds are withdrawn from the systems the world operates with, you’re free to float and enjoy the feeling of freedom, again. You’re so light, so energetic and you remember you have been around for a really long time. Very old memories come flooding back of you existing and ascending from other worlds before this one. Wow, you really are ancient aren’t you? And not a hint of grey hair to be seen in the ball of energy you are! You might become aware of something larger than you. As Soul, you’re also a part of what we could call an Oversoul existing in larger realities.

Soon you might like to think about what else you intend to do and feel drawn to a place you might remember. Others like you are busy looking at options for worldly experiences in a million different places, in different dimensions and realities. Maybe the soul we called ‘you’ can remember it has been here so many times before that it shouldn’t be a surprise to remember it at all. As you look around you can see others you know, old friends from different times and places. I’m sure you would like to have some time to talk with your friends since you mightn’t have seen them for so long.

About this time, a message arrives informing all the souls present that a new world is about to come ‘online’ to provide experience. We can look at what kind of world it is, what systems it’s operating under and exactly what life there entails for the adventurous souls. This new world of experience is a 3D place, meaning we have to squeeze a tiny part of ourself into a very slowly vibrating, dense and uncomfortable three dimensional mass. To make things a little bit more interesting, volunteering for the mission means you will agree to having your memories suppressed so they don’t interfere with basic life experience in that world. Maybe far into the 3D future you will have awakened enough to remember things you already know now. What an offer! You try to imagine what it might be like agreeing to limitations being imposed on you, limitations like a duality concept where opposing forces are operating at various levels all through the entire 3D framework and supporting stages. We’d better pay attention now, someone official-looking has walked in and started talking about this new world of experience. They explain, “Some of the ground-rules are basic. There are many processes that will define the world; firstly, all life experience there is to be very basic in nature. About a few billion years must pass before it evolves enough to support larger reptilian or mammalian forms.” Next thing we are told is what the terms “reptilian and mammalian” mean. We might have recently experienced gas-forms, energy-forms and various other ‘body’ structures so a heavy-mass body will take some orientation time. A challenge is ahead for all those souls who volunteer for this mission.

This world’s concept is a bit different to anything we may have volunteered for in the past, so it can be an exciting prospect and one that the massive, loving soul you are can’t wait to get going into; so you ask where we sign up. Perhaps a holographic form arrives in front of you where you make your energetic mark and it’s a done deal my friend. Your next move may be to head directly to the new world and start the induction process with some friends who also volunteered. If you decided to volunteer after taking a little R&R, you found that was okay for you to do too because it is you who has the power of choice. And isn’t the time-out well deserved after millions of ‘years’ spent ‘evolving’ through the last world you shared with some of your friends? At this point we will leave you to enjoy the vacation and meet you back here when you are ready to go to the new world.

Once you are ready to go and begin the induction process into this 3D world you direct-link to the space it occupies, and start to divide the energy you are so that you can reach ‘down’ through denser and denser realms, until you arrive at the Akashic offices. The ‘Akasha’ is where we will make our decisions and basic plans for each of the lives we want to experience in each round of existences on this world. It sits in a space where the highest astral planes meet the start of soul level awareness planes. We can return to the Akashic Record any time we feel the need for mission support or guidance, if, the system’s regulations allow us to keep such a basic memory to operate with. Now we watch as you, some friends and new faces you have just met are excitedly talking about different plans for providing each other with experiences. You’re all agreeing to co-create experiences in the groundwork for most of these life-time frameworks.

Now that all the nuts and bolts have been sorted out and you all have your agreements with you, it’s time to move to the next step; entering the world. This will be an experience to remember as you squeeze yourself into smaller and smaller packets of aware energy that are getting denser and denser as you reach into the 3D place. Finally you direct this minute fraction of yourself (awareness) into an object, rock, plant, or what other form you chose to begin the first stage of your existence here. One last word before most of your awareness blanks-out; don’t forget you’re doing this for yourself and for the greater Awareness you are a part of.

Over the next few billion years the soul we have been watching slowly ‘evolves’ through all experience conditions on the world. There may have been existences as non-moving matter, like rocks, and many more as plant-based life. And maybe even one or two dozen more existences on other worlds while you were in between rounds here? If we can think of it, then it must already exist in some reality. We might just as easily have experienced reptile, insect, fish and various mammal existences along with different humanoid forms at times. There have certainly been enough physical years on this world to accomplish all of those earth-based 3D experiences.

The soul who is our hero in this tale has moved on to using humanoid forms, again. Most times it kept to the agreements made at the Akashic offices. For instance, it has forgotten all about itself according to the volunteer’s agreement. This soul’s awareness of itself in day to day 3D life is simply the smallest thing you could possibly imagine. Many of these souls set the odds against themselves very high. Why did they do that? It seems these souls have faith in themselves as powerful beings knowing there is nothing they can’t achieve.

Unfortunately they had to forget themselves to get into there. A few ‘reminder-agents’ were sent in to wake the rest up, but many incarnates either missed it or only found the ‘altered-over-time’ versions of the messages. Now few souls there could find the simple knowledge needed to thrive and awaken. This was part of the scenario when agreements were made earlier at the Akasha. I’m not suggesting these souls had no choice about things in life because ‘it was already sorted out in agreements, so they must like it or lump it in each life’. That sounds like fate or destiny to me and I want no part of either concept. If only the framework of each life was agreed on and the rest was filled in by each soul as they come through, then we would all have some power of choice in each life. Think about the free will factor we seem to have. We can choose to do or not do things, no matter what the consequences are. In this concept, it is you who has all the power and all the choice. You are seen as an amazing, loving thing choosing to experience and be all that you can be, or you are an amazing thing choosing to do something opposite. This is only a choice made by a soul and not a judgment about that soul.

By now you’re probably wondering what all this has to do with keeping it simple. Describing a bigger picture concept can give us a different perspective, or place to view from, when looking at other things about our existence. So instead of the traditional approach of working from the inside out, theorising and creating dogmas based on our efforts, we’ve taken a look at things from the outside in. The way a soul enters this reality.

There should be no need to remind you now that you really are an amazing, powerful, massive being that’s using less than 1% of its own awareness in the life where You are reading this.

With the Soul we are calling ‘you’ living numerous lives in a variety of rounds here; it will have chosen to experience absolutely everything it can imagine that could work in the 3D world. So you have been everything from the lowliest to the highest, at different times, because incarnations do not take a linear approach. Meaning, you don’t work from a first human life of abject poverty and spend many lives slowly building up to a life of wealth and affluence or spiritual awareness, as the epitome of life here. This means you have already been rich beyond your wildest dreams; you have already been ‘enlightened’ and have again chosen to experience other aspects of existence. In a real sense, you have very little to do in order to awaken in this life also. All that prevents you from knowing enlightenment this time, is what your soul choices are for this life, and what you believe about it all. It really is that simple. And I think we are such amazing souls that we would have left an option open for the experience of enlightened states in each life.

With these concepts in mind we can begin to understand what is important for spiritual growth, as the only Teacher you need is the one inside you, the only beliefs you need are ones that are expansive and help you grow, and the most effective means to awakening are usually the simplest. Direct methods usually allow your own experiences to grow rapidly. The most important point here for us is this; if we take our meditation experiences seriously, as indicators for directions and research, we can grow without boundaries.
