You might be surprised at just how easy getting yourself to the Akasha can be. I know most people using this very simple little meditation are very surprised when they discover it for themselves.
We always start our meditations the same way, clearing ourselves with the White Light and if you need more time to focus, you can also go into clearing out each Chakra individually before going on to the next step.
Do not have an expectation of what you should see at the Akasha.
Once the participants are ready, I start off by describing what the Akasha looks like........
Imagine a massive stone building with huge pillars in the front and large steps leading up to the entrance. Some people also see a very large stone bowl filled with water, and if you do see it, you can go to it and wash your hands as well as your face... here, you can allow yourself to feel the coolness of the water on your skin. We do this to ensure that we are not carrying any dross with us.
Now that you are prepared, look at the Akasha building and begin walking over to it. If you see others there that is okay too. I ask now that you focus on the building, and the steps leading up to the entrance, so that you can make your way up to the door.
Open the door and enter the building, where you will usually see a long corridor with doors on either side all along it. So just walk down the corridor and pay attention to if one of those doors stands out to you. It may put itself in front of you, or you may get a feeling for one door in particular. Notice also if it has a number or symbol on it, which you can use again in your future journeys as it can act like a doorkey if you focus your intent on it.
Okay, you are ready to open this door and walk in to the room. Some people will see it like a small theatre with seating, and there may be someone in there acting like an usher for you. Other people will only see something like Library, which is okay too. It all depends on what way you are going to operate in there. Take a seat and focus on the screen or books and with your Intent say this, "I am ready to see what is here for me."
All you need to do is passively watch as the screen starts a movie for you, or, when a book is brought to your attention you can open it to start reading.
You can ask questions and receive an answer.
Another thing to remember is, be vigilant on the thoughts you are having while at the Akasha because you will affect the results you get. Once you have seen or gotten what you came for, you are able to leave the room. Remember here to be thankful for what you received in there before you leave that room.
Now you can walk out of the building and head on back to your body awareness. Although you are able to explore the areas around the Akasha as well, which is something I like to do, often. If you do, you will find all sorts of interesting things in the vicinity. There is a huge park that Monroe referred to as being in Focus 27. It is where many people go to when they are asleep and talking with their Guidance, and these you can see sitting on the stone benches supplied for this reason in the Park. But there is also much more to see there.
You will find an amazing city with golden roofed buildings and discover for yourself how vibrant all life there is. everything vibrates with a harmony. You may also find that this is the same area that the newly-dead come to when they pass into the Light, if they have woken up and not gotten themselves stuck in their belief-system boundaries. This is where I take the earth-bound newly dead when it is time for them to pass over.
